About the role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our client’s expanding team. This is a primarily paediatric role, working with children in their homes, schools, and early learning settings across Melton and surrounding suburbs. This hybrid role offers a balanced structure, particularly during probation, to ensure clinicians feel supported as they grow in confidence and capability. Role Structure (During Probation): 3 days of client work (home and school visits) 1 day allocated to administration and planning 1 day for supervision, mentoring, and professional development You will manage a gradually increasing caseload, with flexibility and autonomy as your experience develops.
